Information you provide & how we use it
When you submit a project brief, we collect your name, email address, project message and quantity, along with optional contact details and specifications you include. We use these details to respond to your inquiry, discuss a design, prepare an order and provide order support. If you send reference images through a contact channel, they are used to discuss your project. Share only artwork you have permission to use.
Project briefs are stored in our protected content system for authorized team members to review. They are not automatically published as portfolio content. Submitting a brief does not place an order or make a payment. Do not put payment-card details, passwords or unrelated sensitive information in a message.
Customer reviews & photos
You may submit a rating, review and up to three photos. These are stored for moderation by authorized website managers. If published, your review text and photos become public; your name and country are displayed where you have authorized this. Photos and review text can also identify people or places. A website order-completion label reflects a manager’s check, not independent verification. Avoid private details and submit only content you have permission to share. Contact us to request a correction or removal.
Technical & security information
Hosting and security services process connection information, such as IP address, requested pages and browser details, to deliver the website, protect it and diagnose errors. Our inquiry and review forms use a daily hashed connection identifier to limit spam. This is separate from any security filtering performed by the hosting provider.
Hosting, communication & external services
Our hosting, storage and communication providers process information needed to operate the website and handle your request. The inquiry form saves your brief for our team and, when configured, sends the submitted information to FormSubmit for email forwarding. Saving a brief alone does not confirm email delivery.
If you choose an email, WhatsApp or social media link, the relevant service processes your interaction under its own terms and privacy policy. You choose whether to send a WhatsApp message. Service providers and our team may process information in countries other than your own; Ask our team where processing takes place.
Storage & retention
Inquiry details, order-related communications and review submissions are retained according to their purpose, ongoing order needs and applicable recordkeeping obligations. This website does not apply a universal automatic deletion period. You can ask us to review the information you submitted and whether it can be deleted.
Cookies, analytics & browser preferences
Google Analytics is used when enabled to understand website use. It may process information about pages visited, referral sources, browser, device and approximate location, and use cookies. Meta advertising measurement may also run if enabled for this website. We do not intentionally include inquiry messages, email addresses or uploaded designs in analytics events.
